The lounge area has two sofa,s, Freeview color TV and DVD/CD player.The kitchen area is equipped with full size electric cooker, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and all crockery and cooking utensil's for comfortable living. The Stables has two bedrooms, one double, the second with two single beds. The bathroom leads off the entrance hall and is fitted a shower cubicle, wash hand basin and toilet all new in 2017.

The Stables apartment is equipped with full gas central heating. The tariff is inclusive of heating, lighting, bedding, towels and tea towels. A communal utility room is close by equiped with a washing machine and tumble dryer. A small charge is made for use of the laundry equipement.

A few metres from the Stables apartment is the walled garden which houses the heated outdoor swimming pool and barbeque area. The walled garden has a fine array of flowers and shrubs and offers beautifull views up the Bristol channel to Weston Super Mare and beyond. At the bottom of the garden is a track that leads directly into the Exmoor National Park.
